To inform the NHS of the needs of limb deficient children, young people and
their families.
To introduce new nationally agreed standards of care for children, young people
and their families in every limb deficiency centre.
To introduce new nationally agreed auditing procedures to ensure that the new
standards are being met by all limb deficiency centres.
To make available specialist facilities for children, young people and their
families.
Prosthetic Contractors
To introduce new nationally agreed prosthetic hardware and service contracts.
